Godelieve Sassen

Godelieve Sassen is the only Miss Holland not to represent the Netherlands at any international beauty pageant. She would go to the Miss Europe pageant but did not feel like going. There are also articles that say that her mother did not allow her to go to any pageant.  Juno Onink went instead of Godelieve to the Miss Europe pageant. Juno would go to the Miss Universe 1963 pageant, she is even pictured in the Miss Universe program book, but she didn’t go. Elsa Onstenk went instead.
