There were already many rumors about who would represent the Netherlands at the Miss World finals in Washington in the USA later this year.
At the finals of Miss Nederland it was already mentioned that the newly crowned Miss Nederland 2016 would go to the Miss Universe pageant.
It was very unclear who had the right to send a dutch delegate, but since today we know will be the license holder for 2016: it is Katia Maes. Katia is of course already responsible for many dutch delegates, like Miss International and Miss Supranational. We asked her 10 questions a few weeks ago about her 10th year anniversary in the world of dutch beauty pageants.
On sunday november 6th, she will crown the new Miss World Nederland in Rotterdam during a casting. We wil keep you updated.
