Here we see the lovely Welmoed Hollenberg, Miss Holland 1969 during the rehearsals of the Miss Universe 1969 pageant. It was a bid of a surprise that Welmoed was crowned as Miss Holland 1969. During the rehearsals at the Miss Holland 1969 pageant she didn’t even make the finals. But during the finals she most have impressed the judges. At al the articles in the dutch press that covered her crowning we can read that she would go to the Miss International 1969 pageant. We don’t know what happened in the end but Welmoed did represent the Netherlands at the Miss Universe pageant. This is the only pageant she went to.
