Chantal van Roessel
After one year of absence Miss Netherlands would be back in the game. The Miss Nederland organization who was responsible for the dutch delegate for the Miss World pageant since 1989 was asked by the Miss Universe organization to send a delegate to the Miss Universe pageant. There were 12 provincial delegates and Miss Noord Brabant, Chantal van Roessel won. She went to Cyprus for the finals of the Miss Universe pageant. She just missed the top 10 as she was 12th. After he pageant the top 15 was published. Maybe there would be a top 15 at first.
