In 1996 the dutch “Wheel of Fortune” (Rad van Fortuin), had its own beauty pageant to select the new assistant for the host of the show, Hans van der Togt.
Didi was one of the participants as were Miss Universe Netherlands 1996, Chantal van Woensel and Miss Nederland 1989 and 1990 candidate, Cindy Pielstroom, who won the pageant.
