As the team of Miss Holland Now were in Las Vegas at the Miss Grand International finals we didn’t have a pic of the week for two weeks.
In 2008 the Netherlands were represented at Miss Word by Carmen Kool. The Miss Nederland organization had lost it license to a modeling agency who were responsible for the dutch delegate in 2008.
Carmen was disappointed by the new organization and  posed for Playboy magazine. She lost her crown and the organization lost their right to send any more girls to the Miss World pageant.
Kim Kötter gained the right to send a girl to the Miss World pageant.
