The crown goes to Europe!

For the first time in many, many years the Miss Universe crown is won by a girl from Europe. Miss France, Iris Mittenaere, a 23 year old dental student won the pageant, with Miss Haiti in 2nd place and Miss Colombia in 3rd place.
Miss France was also made our predictions for the crown as she was in the top 5 of our list. Miss Thailand, who won our predictions, ended in the top 6.
One of the big surprises was Miss Kenia, who also made the top 6 and also made our list.
Zoey Ivory, Miss Nederaldn, didn’t make the cut.
