Miss Beauty of Noord Holland 2019

On Sunday may 12th Robin and Stefan of Miss Holland Now were once again guests at the finals of Miss Beauty of Noord Holland.
Together with Miss Supranational Netherlands 2019, Nathalie Mogbelzada we were seated in front of the audience so we had a good look on how the teens and the beauties looked on stage. Nathalie was the first Miss Teen of Noord Holland ever in 2015 and placed as 1st runner-up at the Miss Teen of The Netherlands 2015.
Like last year the support for the girls was tremendous and a lot of noice was made to show the girls that they were not alone.
Seated in the jury were the winners from last year, Miss Beauty of Noord Holland and first runner-up of the Miss Beauty of the Netherlands 2018, Makiko, Miss Intercontinental Noord Holland and first runner-up at the Miss Intercontinental Netherlands 2018, Nina and Miss Teen of Noord Holland, Jessie.
Also in the jury were Top Model of the Netherlands 2018, Milenka Jansen, president of the Miss Beauty of Drenthe, Friesland, Groningen and Flevoland, Sanne Roffel and some sponsors.
At the same time in Overijssel , the finals of Miss Beauty of Overijssel took place. This is off course the province of the late Miss Teen of The Netherlands 2016, Lotte van der Zee.
Before the finals official started, there was a memorial film of Lotte followed by a moment of silence to remember this beautiful young woman who died much too soon.
The show started spectacular with a great dance performed by all the 33 contestants and after this all the girls were introduced by the host of the evening.
After a great swimwear round and a lovely evening wear round all the participants were asked to a respond to an hashtag that they pulled out of a bowl.
This round showed that speaking in public is quit a hard job to do, as some of the responses had nothing to do with the hashtag. This kind of round is really an important one as you can see how the girls react under pressure and how they deal with that pressure. This part of the competition makes the difference between who is in and who is out.
After 3 hours of competition we witnessed the crowning of team Beauty Noord Holland

• Miss Teen Noord Holland: Indy Kames
