Miss Holland, Barbara Ann Neefs is whispering  something in the ears of Miss Curacao, Elvira Bakker. The picture is from the Miss World 1975 pageant.
Barbara was 2nd runner-up at the Miss Holland 1975 pageant. In those years the top 5 of the Miss Holland pageant would be send abroad to represent the Netherlands at an international pageant.
Lynda Snippe who had won the Miss Holland crown, represented the Netherlands at the Miss Universe 1975 pageant and would represent our country at the Miss Europe pageant, but that pageant never took place.
