The year is 1983. Nancy Lalleman-Heynis is representing the Netherlands at the Miss Universe pageant in ST Louis, USA. Nancy represented the Netherlands at 4 (!) pageants during her reign: Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Europe and Miss Young International. When she was chosen as Miss Holland, she was already working as a model for Corine’s Agency.
Although being a favorite of the press, Nancy didn’t make the cut to become a semi-finalist.
