Mandy Jacobs, during the finals of Miss Holland 1985, she became the 1st runner-up. Later she was crowned Miss Holland 1985 when Pasquale Somers was dethroned. But then a judge declared that Pasquale could not be dethroned and Mandy wasn’t Miss Holland anymore…..
In the end miss Somers was dethroned after all but no word of Manday being Miss Holland anymore.
Mandy represented the Netherlands at the unofficial Miss Europa 1985 pageant.
