Miss Supermodel Worldwide Netherlands 2024

In a crowded Dominion Centre in Amsterdam, filled with beauty queens, family and friends of the contestants of Miss Supermodel Worldwide we witnessed a sizzling and dashing show to crown the next Miss Supermodel Worldwide. The winner will represent the Netherlands at the upcoming Miss Supermodel Worldwide in India.
As custom the show is hosted by the organizer of the event, Leila Aigbedion, who is also the national director of the pageant. For this year’s finals Jayand was her co-host. For Leila the show had an extra emotional layer, as her mother, who supported her in al her journeys, passed away a few weeks ago. Leila started the Ijose Foundation in honor of her beautiful mother.
The show started very flashy with the current Miss Supermodel Worldwide Netherlands, Michantely Lisse in the lead. The 5 finalists looked great and those who witnessed the road of these 5 could see that they really had grown as a real Supermodel.
It would be a quit difficult task for the judges to pic one as the winner. We from Miss Holland Now had the honor to meet the contestants when they got a pitch training from 12 Months of Beauty on two occasions and witnessed ourself how much these beauties had grown.
The judges included Miss Supranational Netherlands 2023, Luna Isabella Stienstra, Miss Grand Netherlands 2023, Melissa Bottema, Miss Angola Universe 2022 and Miss Supranational Netherlands 2021, Swelia Antonia da Silva, Mister Supranational Cameroon 2023, Daniel Mbouda, Manhunt Netherlands 2023/2024, Ilyas Chaouki, the official photographer of MSMWNL, William (Sammerity) and the Madagaskatwins. The head of the judges were your own MHN Robin and Stefan.
During this event the audience were also surpassed by the sashing of Mister Supranational Netherlands 2024. Mister Supranational Netherlands 2023 and 2nd runner-up Mister Supranational Luce Derin announced the his successor: Casey de Vries, who will represent the Netherlands at the upcoming Mister Supranational finals in Poland in July.
The 5 finalists had to impress the judges in several rounds like: opening, swimwear, evening wear and national costume. The most impressive of the evening was the pitch round, where the 5 had to introduce themselves and tell the audience about their road in this pageant. All 5 did an amazing job but it was Aasiyah van Geenen who impressed us from MHN the most during this round.
The very radiant Monica Fernandes de Freitas did an absolutely great final, especially during the evening wear round where it looked like she was lifted up from the stage.
But who impressed the judges the most? Would it be one of these two or would it be the fresh and statuesque Ryanne Bunicich, the very photogenic Kayleigh Raven or the beautiful and stage killer Sheraisa Winter?
Leila announced the two frontrunners: Monica and Sheraisa. The last one was crowned Miss Supermodel Worldwide Netherlands 2024 by Michantely. Sheraisa will represent the Netherlands at the international finals later this year. Both girls were very happy with the outcome.
Leila did an amazing job organizing these finals even as she had to deal with some personal tragedies like loosing her beloved mother just. The whole organization can be proud of what they achieved!
