Last year Katia Maes took over the license to select the Miss World Netherlands. Rachelle Reijnders was the lucky one to be crowned and prepared in a very short time to represent the Netherlands at the Miss World 2016 pageant in Washington, USA.
Although there was a short time to prepare, Rachelle did a very good job at the finals.
For the 2017 edition there is more time and the finalists are already preparing themselves for the finals later this year. The winner will represent the Netherlands at the Miss World finals in the end of this year in China
